The Crest Memorial Elementary School baseball team clinched the Atlantic Cape Junior High League Division II championship with an 8-2 victory over Pilgrim Academy recently. Crest Memorial finished 7-1 in league play, its only loss a 1-0 decision to Atlantic Christian in a rain-shortened game. Other teams in the division included Bishop McHugh and Wildwood Junior High.
