Cape Express youth soccer scores

The following are results from recent games played by Cape Express youth soccer teams:
GIRLS
U-8 White vs. Cherry Hill Blue Wave: Allie Maxwell drove from the back to get a pass to Casey Day, who was able to pass to Alex Grier for a goal. Maggie King, Avery Proud and Anna Shaw were a force to be reckoned with on defense. Katie Wheeler was on fire in the net.
U-9 2009 vs. Monroe United 2009: Emma Vince and Parker Milstead were outstanding in the attacking game. Ainsley Frederick, Alli Walker and Ciara Jonassaint played incredible soccer and were a threat everywhere they played.
U-12 Bordentown 5, White 4: Kate Grier scored twice while Asliyah Jonassaint and Sianna King chipped in one each.
U-14 Fusion 2, South Harrison Roadrunners 0: Mckenna Gregory made her season debut anchoring the defense and helped keep the Roadrunners’ scoring chances at a minimum. Delaney Robb scored a second clean sheet in as many weeks thanks to the staunch defense. The Fusion dominated the game from the start but couldn’t put anything into the net early despite a bunch of great shots from Julia Radzieta, Anna Smith and Kiki Soto. Midway through the second half Kayla Kilroy drilled one past the South Harrison goalie. Not long after Ava Southard crossed the ball into the middle and Elaina Nelson put the ball in the back of the net and the game out of reach.
BOYS
U-10 White vs. Haddonfield Black: Goals were scored by Gavin Hirsch, Sam Casterline and Britton Walls. Great goaltending was performed by Aiden Flanigan and Kaius Sypalis.
U-11 Rancocas Valley 2, White 0: Cape was led by offensive efforts from Wyatt Hand, Gavin Burns and Ryan Gibson. A strong defense was spearheaded by Philip Woodrow and Ryan McGrath. Cape was unable to get the ball in goal however they never gave up and worked hard.
U-12 Boys White 3, Moorestown Real 3: Deron Azille scored twice and Alex Avilla added one in the draw. Brandyn Acevedo and Simon Hardin were solid in goal.
U-13 Boys Thunderbolts 4, SWSA Vatreni Strikers 4: Landon Osmundsen and Taj Turner each scored a goal in the first half for Cape. SWSA came back scoring two goals to tie the game before halftime. Steven Berrodin and Kai Lindsay scored for Cape in the second half. However, SWSA also scored two goals to end up with a tie game. Parker Kistler, Jacob Radzieta and Will Casterline added pressure on offense. Sawyer Lomax was strong in goal.
U-14 Union 2, Medford Strikers 1: The Union Boys took sole possession of the top flight with a come-from-behind home win against South Jersey power house Medford Strikers. Miguel Velencia tied the game in the second half and Anthony Avila put the Union ahead in extra time. Defenders Troy Genero and Mace Fioucci shut down the Strikers’ offence while midfielders Jason Campbell and Dan Kobe controlled the game.
