ERMA — The Lower Cape May Regional High School boys lacrosse team rode a big second half to beat Absegami Monday afternoon.

After the teams were locked in a 3-3 draw at the break, the Caper Tigers scored nine of the second half’s 10 goals to pull away for a 12-4 victory.

Lower, which improved to 3-2 with the win, got four goals from Chase Mendyk and three goals apiece from Chuckie Magill and Branden Smith. Jack McNeal and Trey McGrail also scored for Lower, while Harrison Clark made seven stops in goal.

Lower is next in action on Friday against Vineland.
