Latest Cape Express youth soccer results

U8 Cape Express Galaxy at Cherry Hill FC: Cape was successful playing “Ironman” soccer in Cherry Hill against the Red Juniors, Saturday. Fiona Hardin and Tenley VanArtsdalen shutdown the attack on goal. Ali Stone, Peyton Bernacki and Sofia Alegre kept the ball moving nicely and helped Madeline Burns and Maggie Staino find the back of the net regularly.

U13 Pemberton Tantrum 4, Cape Express Blue Crush 2: Crush Girls battled back from a 2-0 deficit on goals from Chloe Frame and Kierstyn Neuman.  Tied going into the second half, Lacey Wagner led on offense. Olivia Harkins and Alivia Adams kept pressure on Pemberton with several shots on goal. Fiona Gale and Grace Metz shared keeper duties.

U13 GPS Clearview 2, White 2006 1: Cape tied the game within minutes with a goal by Aspen Southard.  They finished the first half trailing by one with a score of 2-1.  Tessa Huber and Reagan Flickinger held down the back, not letting anything else through. Sianna King and Keily Sanchez held down the midfield but the team came out with a tough loss.

U13 White 2006 6, Pemberton Tantrum 0: In a first-round State Cup game,
Cape came out strong as Brooke Nabb scored off a cross from Gracie Repici.
Carmen O’Hara scored the second goal and Aaliyah Jonassaint also scored off of a corner kick from Keily Sanchez. Sianna King scored the final goal to the half with a nice run through the defense.  Aaliyah Jonassaint and Tessa Huber both scored in the second half. The defense and the goalies did an amazing job.
