Wildwood Catholic’s Jahlil White shoots against Middle Township’s T.J. Harris in a game last season. Wildwood Catholic and Middle Township will each be featured prominently during Coastal Broadcasting’s live play-by-play coverage of Cape May County high school basketball this season. This is the radio stations’ 25th year of broadcasting Cape May County high school basketball.

Coastal Broadcasting radio stations are about to embark on their 25th season of covering Cape May County high school basketball.

98.7 The Coast and 106.3 The Shore radio stations are set to feature live play-by-play of more than 25 regular-season games, with extensive additional coverage of the Cape-Atlantic League and state playoffs in mid to late February.

Brian Cunniff and Buddy Tarbotton will handle play-by-play duties for games on 98.7 The Coast, which handle coverage of games involving Cape May Tech, Lower Cape May, Middle Township, Wildwood and Wildwood Catholic.

Tom Williams and his Prime Events Sports Team will be on the microphones for live play-by-play coverage of games on 106.3 The Shore, which will feature cover a package of Ocean City games. Some games involving Lower Cape May, Middle Township and Wildwood Catholic will also air on 106.3 The Shore.

As part of the broadcast package, many games will also include a live video stream, produced by Matt Ulmer, that will be available on the CoastSportsToday.com website and the Coast Sports Today Facebook page.

One contest, the Wildwood vs. Lower Cape May girls game on Thursday, Dec. 26, at noon at the Boardwalk Basketball Classic at the Wildwoods Convention Center, will be live streamed on the CoastSportsToday.com website and the Coast Sports Today Facebook page. There will be no radio coverage of that game.
