WCHS grad earns 4th all-academic selection at Salisbury
June 14, 2021Cape Express Sirens finish stellar spring season
The Cape Express U13 Sirens girls soccer team recently finished off a stellar spring season by winning the Cherry Hill FC tournament. The Sirens played to a scoreless tie with Voorhees before posting a 5-2 win over EPAA and a 3-1 victory over host Cherry Hill FC.
The Sirens also won Flight 2 of the South Jersey Girls Soccer League for the spring season by going unbeaten in league play.
Players from the Sirens include Olive Cray, Julia Deignan, Riley Deignan, Maggie Farrell, Ella Harkins, Meredith Lutjen, Izzy Miller, Cara Myers, Riley Odom, Gabby Oliver, Sophia Smith, Kate Walker, Morgan Jastremski, Ryan Germanio and Katie Sharp. The team’s coaches are Megan Farrell, Sasha Myagkov and Bob Smith.
