Vika Simonsen of the Lower Cape May Regional High School girls tennis team is the latest CoastSportsToday.com Female Athlete of the Week.
Simonsen, a junior, finished 19-1 with one draw at second singles during team competition this fall in helping the Lady Tigers win their first Cape-Atlantic National Conference title in 28 seasons. All of Simonsen’s 19 victories came in straight sets.
