North Wildwood grammar school hoops champs

North Wildwood Recreation recently held championship games in its grammar school summer basketball leagues. The following are the results:

GRADES 3-5 – Lizzy’s Ice Cream 20, Rick’s Seafood 18: Jack Rock posted 11 points and Jack McMullin chipped in four points for the winners. Nathan Dwornik’s 12 points and Danny Benichou’s four points topped Rick’s.

GRADES 6-8 – Think Pink For Pat 27, Hassle’s Ice Cream & Bikes 26: Jon Carlo Coia netted a game-high 15 points and Felicity McFillin and Scott Myers each added three points for Think Pink. Tyler Rodwoicz and Macie McCracken registered six points apiece in the loss.

The Think Pink for Pat team won the grades 6-8 division title in the North Wildwood Recreation summer basetball league recently.
