Radio coverage of local high school football announced

Local high school football will again be on local radio airwaves this fall.

At least nine games involving the teams from Lower Cape May, Middle Township and Wildwood will be broadcast by 98.7 The Coast (WCZT-FM).

The schedule begins with Middle Township’s home game against Cumberland on Friday, Sept. 6, at 6 p.m.

Other highlights to the schedule include Wildwood at Lower Cape May on Saturday, Oct. 19, and the annual Anchor Bowl Thanksgiving Day game, which features Middle Township at Lower Cape May on Thursday, Nov. 28.

Brian Cunniff and Scott Wahl will handle the play-by-play and analysis for most of the games.
