Briar Lemma is the latest CoastSportsToday.com Female Athlete of the Week.

The senior on the Middle Township High School field hockey team scored with less than a minute to play in regulation to help the Lady Panthers to a 1-1 draw at Millville.

Lemma has posted two goals and four assists through six games for Middle, which takes a record of 5-0-1 into Wednesday’s showdown with Ocean City.
