The Lower Cape May girls tennis team topped Middle Township, 5-0, in the season opener for both teams on Wednesday afternoon.
Sam Mancuso, Vika Simonsen and Delaney Brown each won singles matches and Hope Sandoff and Riley Sullivan won the first doubles match in straight sets for the Lady Tigers.
Lower’s Sophia Levin and Marley Kronemeyer picked up the fifth point for Lower by winning a super tiebreaker after splitting the first two sets with Middle’s Rory Golway and Aislin Robb at second doubles.
