98.7 The Coast, CoastSportsToday.com announce high school hoops broadcast schedule

The high school basketball season is finally about to begin and Coastal Broadcasting plans to again provide extensive coverage of the local teams.

Due to restrictions created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, fans will not be permitted to attend high school basketball games in New Jersey when the truncated season begins on Tuesday, Jan. 26.

Coastal Broadcasting is hoping to fill the void by bringing the games to the fans.

98.7 The Coast and CoastSportsToday.com are scheduled to broadcast at least 16 games during the upcoming six-week season. Games on 98.7 The Coast will include live play-by-play from the team of Brian Cunniff and Buddy Tarbotton, who are entering their 26th season of broadcasting high school basketball games in Cape May County.

All radio broadcasts on 98.7 the Coast will also feature a live video stream available at CoastSportsToday.com and the Coast Sports Today Facebook page.

Numerous games featuring Cape May Tech, Lower Cape May, Middle Township, Ocean City, Wildwood and Wildwood Catholic appear on the 2021 broadcast schedule.

The schedule is subject to change.
