Carly Murphy of the Wildwood Catholic Academy girls basketball team is the latest CoastSportsToday.com Female Athlete of the Week.

A junior guard/forward for the Crusaders, Murphy netted a career-high 18 points to power her team to a 46-32 win over Middle Township in a critical Cape-Atlantic United Division contest earlier this week. Murphy also grabbed a team-best seven rebounds and posted two blocked shots in the win.

Murphy is averaging 8.8 points and 5.6 rebounds through nine games for Wildwood Catholic (7-2).
