Ryan Gallagher of the Middle Township High School baseball team is the latest CoastSportsToday.com Male Athlete of the Week.
A senior third baseman and catcher, Gallagher went 3 for 5 with two doubles, three RBI and two runs scored to help the Panthers to a 16-6 win over Cape May Tech earlier this week. He also went 2 for 3 in Thursday’s loss to Ocean City.
On the season, Gallagher is batting .367 with a team-high 10 extra-base hits, including two home runs. He leads Middle in RBI with 20.
