Wildwood High School graduate Wes Hills had another great game as his USFL team, the New Orleans Breakers, defeated the New Jersey Generals 20-17 Sunday. Hills scored early as the team pushed to the end zone in the first drive of the game, and would score again in the second, giving him the league-leading eighth touchdown this season. Along with 88 rushing yards, Hills gained 71 more yards on seven catches. The Breakers are the only undefeated team in the league after four weekends of action. Hills was named Player Of The Game. This follows an impressive performance the week prior, when Hills ran 18 times for 110 yards, 3 touchdowns, and three passes for 17 yards in a 38-31 win over the Houston Gamblers. The Breakers face the Memphis Showboats next Sunday at 3pm.
