Cape Express U-19 team wins tournament

The Cape Express U-19 boys soccer team won the EDP Fall Showcase Tournament held in Hammonton over Thanksgiving weekend. The team posted victories of 2-1 over FCUSA Philadelphia, 2-0 over Warminster SC Revolution and 3-1 over Quickstrike FC in the preliminary rounds before posting a 1-0 result over Highland Youth SC Assault in the championship game.

The Cape Express team is made up of players from Wildwood Catholic, Middle Township, Ocean City, Cape May Tech and Oakcrest and is coached by Mike Saioni.
