Patrick Holden of the Lower Cape May Regional High School basketball team is the CoastSportsToday.com Athlete of the Week for the week ending Saturday, Jan. 20. The senior guard scored 25 points and added 11 assists to lead the Tigers to a 76-50 win over Cedar Creek last Thursday. He became the program’s all-time leading scorer in the process, surpassing the 1,666 career points scored by 2005 graduate Charles Johnson. On Saturday, Holden scored 11 points to help Lower to a 47-36 win over Collingswood.
