Anna Mae Peterson, a junior third baseman on the Wildwood Catholic softball team, is the CoastSportsToday.com Athlete of the Week for the week ending Saturday, April 7. Peterson slugged a grand slam and went 3 for 5 with five RBI overall to help the Crusaders beat St. Hubert’s (Pa.), 8-6, in the semifinal game of the Crusaders’ own Bash at the Beach Tournament on Saturday. Wildwood Catholic went on to win the tournament the next day.
