CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE — Sophia Bosacco and Travis McCray were each part of four first-place finishes to pace the Middle Township swimming team to a 110-60 victory over Wildwood Catholic in a coed meet that served as the season opener for both teams.

Bosacco claimed first in the 200 freestyle and 100 backstroke and also teamed with McCray, Martynas Bartnikos and Brendon Bartha to win the 200 free relay and with Sarina Wen, Catherine Bostard and Samantha Braun for victory in the 400 free relay. McCray won the 50 and 100 freestyle races and was also a part of the 200 medley relay team’s victory with Bartnikos, Bartha and Travis McCray.

Bartha also won the 200 individual medley for Middle.

Sam Francis took first in two events for Wildwood Catholic, winning the 100 butterfly and 100 breaststroke. Leilani Wong also won the 500 freestyle for the Crusaders.
