Athlete of the Week: Sean Dougherty, Wildwood Catholic

Sean Dougherty of the Wildwood Catholic High School boys soccer team is the latest CoastSportsToday.com Athlete of the Week. A senior forward, Dougherty scored the 50th goal of his career in Wednesday’s 7-1 win over Buena. He had two goals in the win. Dougherty is among South Jersey’s top goal scorers this season with 21. He has helped Wildwood Catholic to a 7-2 start to the season. The Crusaders are unbeaten and in first place in Cape-Atlantic United Conference play.
