The Cape May Tech boys basketball team lost 68-48 to St. Joseph in a Cape-Atlantic United Conference contest on Monday.
But there was at least one spectacular moment for the Hawks in the loss.
Sophomore forward Dylan Delvecchio threw down a monster dunk in the second half. With the ball on the right wing, Delvecchio ball faked to shake free of his defender, before driving along the baseline and rising up and dunking over another Wildcat defender at the rim.
The dunk represented two of Delvecchio’s team-high 20 points in the loss. James Longstreet added 12 points for the Hawks.
