CoastSportsToday.com Male Athlete of the Week: Jake Riggs, Middle Township

Jake Riggs of Middle Township High School is the latest CoastSportsToday.com Male Athlete of the Week.

A junior on the Panther golf team, Riggs recently shot 79 over 18 holes to place fifth at the South-Central Group I championship tournament and qualify for the Meet of Champions.

Riggs also placed fifth Monday’s 18-hole Cape-Atlantic League Championships with a 78. The tournament was held at Cape May National Golf Club.

Earlier this spring, Riggs placed second to help Middle win its first-ever Cape May County championship.
