Nick Salfi of the Middle Township High School golf team is the latest CoastSportsToday.com Male Athlete of the Week.
A senior, Salfi finished first overall and lead Middle to the team title at the Cape May County Championships last Monday by shooting 85 over 18 holes. He has followed up that performance by shooting 42, 42, 41, 41, respectively, in Panther dual match victories over ACIT, Vineland, Bridgeton and Holy Spirit over the past week.
Salfi has helped Middle won five straight dual matches. The Panthers are 6-3 on the season.
