Ryann Styer, a senior on the Ocean City High School girls swimming team, is the CoastSportsToday.com Athlete of the Week for the week ending Saturday, Jan. 13. Styer was part of four first-place finishes at the Hackney High School Girls Invitational Swim Meet on Saturday at Atlantic City High School. She set a new meet record in the 50-meter freestyle with a time of 25.86 seconds and also won the 100 freestyle race. In addition, Styer was part of the winning 200 and 400 freestyle relay teams.
